Yesterday, Liskeard School welcomed the Royal Society of Chemistry to work with year 9 students. Students were treated to an exciting show followed by workshops to help them understand the types of careers they could have in the future and how these relate to Chemistry.

The Liskeard & Looe Lions are looking for players of all abilities, ages and gender to join their squads for 2019/20 season.

On Tuesday the whole of year 8 went to Hannafore Beach in Looe with the Science Department to carry out a survey of the rocky shore. Students had a brilliant time and found a great abundance of organisms including hermit crabs, porcelain crabs, brittle stars and even a jellyfish!
